DELIVERY
a. Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within 4 working days from the date of dispatch. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
b. All delivery charges are quoted in British Pounds, inclusive of VAT and per parcel per delivery address.
c. Delivery charges are:
United Kingdom (including Channel Islands)
Orders up to £100.00: £3.50 and sent by Ist Class Royal Mail Signed for Post.
Orders over £100.00: No charge and sent by Parcel Force Courier.
Delivery usually takes up to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Europe
All orders sent via courier at a cost of £15.00 per parcel to a single delivery address.
While every effort will be made to package all items up into one parcel, no single parcel may weigh more than 30kg or be more than 1.5m long.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to be delivered.
