WEDDING LISTS & GIFT REGISTRY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We, Wyecroft Limited trading as CaRRoL BoYeS (hereinafter called “CaRRoL BoYeS) offer Wedding Lists on the following terms and conditions:
1. CaRRoL BoYeS will hold the items listed on the Wedding List for the person(s) in whose name the List is registered for a period of three (3) months from the date on which the List is registered with CaRRoL BoYeS or until the date of the wedding, whichever occurs first.
2. In the event that any items listed on the Wedding List are out of stock any timeafter registering the List, CaRRoL BoYeS will take all reasonable steps to ensure that those items are made available by no later than three (3) weeks before the date of the wedding. However CaRRoL BoYeS does not guarantee that the items on the List will become available and are not responsible for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused by the failure of having such items available. CaRRoL BoYeS will advise the bride and groom immediately it becomes aware of any items which will not be available for purchase within 3 (three) weeks of the date of the wedding.
3. The Wedding List will be registered on our website www.carrolboyes.biz as soon as our website is live.
4. In the event that the Bride and Groom have chosen to supply CaRRoL BoYeS with a detailed list of the guest invited to the wedding (including postal addresses), CaRRoL BoYeS will send a standard letter and detailed list of the items on the Wedding List to each guest advising that the Wedding List has been registered with us and inviting them to purchase off the Wedding List from either our physical or virtual store. Such a letter will be sent on the date as specified on the registration form. The names and addresses of the guests will not be used for any purpose other than the standard letter and brochure and will be destroyed after the wedding date.
5. CaRRoL BoYeS will not charge for any standard gift wrapping or delivery charges in respect of items purchased by guests off the Wedding List.
6. Delivery of all items purchased will be in the form of one drop to one address as specified on the registration form. Every endeavour will be made to ensure that delivery is made on the date specified on the registration form but CaRRoL BoYeS cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss caused as a result of a delay in delivery for any reason beyond our control.
7. CaRRoL BoYeS will provide the Bride and Groom with a complete list of the names of the guests who purchased items off the List as well as details of what items they purchased. This list will be sent to the correspondence address as on the registration form and will be sent within 2 working days of the date of the wedding.
